Vision and Mission of the Nurses Forum
The LIMA Nurses Forum was established to create a strong, inclusive, and supportive community for Malayali nurses living and working in the United Kingdom.
Our mission is to provide a platform where nurses can connect, share experiences, support one another, and grow professionally and personally.
The forum promotes lifelong learning through educational programmes, professional development opportunities, leadership initiatives, and wellbeing activities.
Forum members have represented LIMA at UKMA Nurses Day Celebrations through educational presentations and professional discussions.
By fostering learning, leadership, cultural connection, and mutual support, the forum strengthens the Malayali nursing community in the UK.
